A complex wine with elegant structure, depth and finesse. Ripe aromas of pineapple, lemon and peach blend with a herbaceous flavour and a wonderful minerality. A great wine with a long, catchy finals and handsome body.

Tasting Notes

The steep-sloped Burgberg vineyard lies directly underneath the medieval Grevenburg Castle, and is composed of blue and grey slate with a high quartz content. The wines tend to have a cool, flinty and mineral character with a solid structure. SWiG note: A complex wine with elegant structure, depth and finesse. Ripe aromas of pineapple, lemon and peach blend with a herbaceous flavour and a wonderful minerality. A great wine with a long, catchy finals and handsome body.
