100% Grenache Blanc with a tiny bit of skin contact. Complex nose of apricot, toasted almonds, ylang yalng, moringa blossom and a little bit of ginger. The palate is generous and balanced, with a slight bitter crunch on the finish. Compelling stuff.

Tasting Notes

"This wine is from old vines grown in the Piekenierskloof was partially skin fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in a combination of concrete and old oak to truly reflect its origin and the purity of this grape. Only 1200 bottles released."
