The 2013 exudes succulent, spiced aromas on the nose. Moringa flowers, crystallised stem ginger, baked apricots and frangipani. The palate is bold yet silky smooth – honeyed, with some baking spice, tarte tatin and vanilla . It will only take on more of a profile with time.

Press Note:

“(Vin de Constance) meticulously crafted, profound, rare and utterly delicious world class wine” – Neal Martin 2013 Vin de Constance 95pts Tim Atkin MW (Aug 2016) – “Matt Day’s second vintage in charge of this iconic sweet wine marks an evolution in style , with the addition of essencia and slightly less alcohol and residual sugar. It’s another lovely VdC, showing flavours of tarte tatin, orange marmalade, baking spices and subtle oak ageing.”
